A more relaxed way to round off your holiday. Booking the VIP airport service and lounge ensures that you'll be greeted at the airport and then fast-tracked through check-in, hand luggage security and passport control.

Make your wait at the airport more comfortable and convenient. The service includes meet and greet on arrival and access to the terminal through a special entrance with accompaniment to the VIP lounge.

You'll then have use of a dedicated X-ray machine and be fast-tracked through a special passport control cabin. Also included is use of the VIP lounge for up to two hours, with complimentary coffee, tea, water, soft drinks and snacks. And you'll also have free access to TV, Wi-Fi and the press.

Elite Lounge staff will welcome you at the departure area of Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 at the Elite Meeting Point

Es war alles super, bis auf den check-in. Wir mussten eine halbe Stunde mit unseren Koffern warten, bis wir einchecken konnten. Das hat uns sehr geärgert. Alle die nach uns kamen, wurden vor uns eingecheckt. Ausser einer weiteren Familie, die nach London fliegen wollten. Es hieß immer nur (nicht sehr freundlich) warten sie hier.

Insgesamt sehr strukturierter Ablauf, die Wege zu den Gates sind sehr lang. Die Lautsprecheransagen sind unverständlich.

Es ist sehr entspannt, wenn man nicht so lage beim einchecken warten muss. Der Preis ist relativ hoch, aber dafür kommt men relaxt an den Flieger.
