Please exchange your printed or e-ticket at any of the following ticket offices between 10.00am and 6.00pm: Westminster, Embankment, Bankside, London Bridge, Tower, Canary Wharf, Greenwich, North Greenwich, and Barking piers.You can get on the boat at any of the 23 piers between Putney Station and Woolwich (Royal Arsenal).

Your ticketing system is problematic. The downloaded ticket has to be redeemed, as described in the small print. Why? Most of your staff accepted it on my iPhone, but man at London Eye would not and we had to walk over Westminster Bridge to have it redeemed there. Other businesses accept iPhone evid
