  • You'll receive your tickets instantly after purchase
  • For the best experience, we recommend visiting two hours after ESBO opening time
  • Express Pass tickets allow guests to go straight to the Observatory
  • Children ages 0-5 are free for both ticket types
  • There are no locker storage facilities for personal belongings
  • All visitors will be subject to airport-style security screening
  • Any questions and uncertainties should be referred to the Security Officers on duty
  • Free, high-speed Wi-Fi is available
