Boat cruise
We received an email confirming the experience 24 hours before. The evening before i went to speak to a TUI rep to confirm the meeting point. They then informed me that the trip was cancelled which was hugely disappointing. We were informed it will be refunded. Aside from this conversation we’ve had no email or contact to say the trip is cancelled or will be refunded. Really sad as this was the highlight of the holiday and very poor customer service due to no contact.
This Aegean island cruise is all about family fun. Sail along Turkey's western shores and top up your tan on deck, ready to refresh yourself at any one of our four swim stops.
