What to expect

At 219.5 meters above Dubai, the Sky Views Observatory features a stunning 25m-long glass floor. Adjacent to the Dubai Metro and the public walkway system and situated at the junction near Sheikh Zayed Road and The Dubai Mall, it's a conveniently accessible landmark.

Once you're up there, enjoy the breathtaking views of the Burj Khalifa, the city, and admire through a panoramic lift with glass on 3 sides, and the Panorama 52 restaurant. If you're feeling adventurous, opt for the Sky Views + Slide ticket. This offers an exhilarating outdoor glass slide experience that propels visitors from level 53 at 219.5 m down to level 52 at 215.5 m, all within a transparent glass tube.

For a more comprehensive experience, consider the Sky views + Slide + Café + Souvenir option. This allows you to not only access the observatory and enjoy the Glass Walk and Glass Slide but also savour a snack and a drink at the Sky Views Café before taking home a handpicked souvenir. Sky Views Observatory can be accessed through The Address Sky View Tower One. The entry point of Tower 1 is next to the resident entrance.

What to remember

Know in advance:

Temporary Update (valid 16th June–31st August 2025): all Sky Views tickets will include the glass slide free of charge during summer (excludes public holidays)
One Sky View general admission includes an entrance to the Sky View Observatory
To go on the glass slide the participant's height must be between 120 cm and 200 cm, and weight between 30 and 150 kg
The options Sky Views + Slide, Sky views + Slide + Café + Souvenir, and Sky views + Slide + Gold Menu include a one-time slide per ticket
If you wish to go on the Edge Walk, you'll need to purchase a separate ticket on-site, the attraction is optional
Please notify the Sky View staff of any pre-existing health conditions, including any physical limitations or medical conditions including but not limited to neck weakness, back weakness, broken bones, heart conditions, nervous disorders, motion sickness, epilepsy, or if pregnant
Please notify the Sky View staff of any disability, intellectual or physical, that would prevent you from completing the physical and mental tasks throughout the experience
Sky Views working hours are from 10.00am – 12.00pm (last admission at 11.00pm)
Infants (age 0-2) do not need a ticket, admission is free of charge
