Att göra – Estádio do Sport Lisboa e Benfica (Estádio da Luz)
Hemmaplanen för Portugals mest traditionella fotbollsklubb är ett måste för sportfans. Estádio da Luz – ”ljusets stadium” – har varit skådeplats för några av Benfica Lissabons största framgångar. Sedan den totalrenoveringen 2003 är det en av Europas modernaste arenor. Här har bland annat finalerna i Europamästerskapen och Champions League spelats. Ungefär tio år senare tillkom ett museum som visar Benficas framgångsrika historia – klubben med flest portugisiska mästerskap och cupvinster. Benfica var också det första portugisiska laget som vann Europacupen – under ledning av den legendariska Eusébio, den ”svarta pantern”. Stadionturer är naturligtvis tillgängliga. Under en rundtur får du se omklädningsrummen, pressrummet och Hall of Fame. Träffa också klubbens favoriter: djurmaskotarna. Tre amerikanska havsörnar är en del av upplevelsen. Och för en paus emellan finns det kaféer och restauranger som erbjuder precis rätt, från tilltugg till uppfriskande drycker.
