It is exceptionally poorly organised. NOT TUI, the riding school. Your printed ticket, which says 'ticket' and asks you to print it, is not a ticket. You will land up joining the back of a very long queue to exchange your 'ticket' for a ticket. Then you will sent away from the doors, out of the building and into the rain. To queue again. Then to get sent into your stands. The horse 'training' literally comprised 2 groups of 5 riding in circles for 20 minutes. Complete waste of time and money.

Enjoyed the training session. Horse and riders were amazing. The instructions did not explain that it was necessary to que for the tickets and then walk around the building to gain access via another que.

Our e tickets wouldn't download from Musement. We had to pay for 2 more tickets to get in to see the event. Very poor service from Musement.

Good for horse lovers. Bit boring. Horses trotting around the ring. No show type rehearsal moves. On the plus side it was a beautiful venue inside.

It was very difficult to hear the narrator talking about what was happening in the arena. I'm also fairly certain that she was saying lots more in German then the English version. The session was advertised as in English I'm sure. I'd liked to have been told what they were getting the horses to do and why. It should also be started on the booking that there are considerable steps up to the balcony area.
